Rejected Hello my brother just got a warning for fear rp

ok me and my 2 brothers were patrolling and then we see this guys with dyed body armour we ask him to take it off he takes it off he leaves then his sqaud kills us and sends me to hospital and my other brother to hospital then pick up my brother then they try to rob him in city and tell him to drop a global my bro trys to tell them and says im speaking ooc u cant rob in city and cant take hostage in city then my bro contacts admin then he tells them no ur not taking me hostage in city and that they are not robbing him then my brother gets a warning for fear rp this doesn't make sense and is false my name is Smith isan with lspd id 25629 and my brothers name is shaun lite id 25612 and i would like this warning removed
