Shane Muga was born in the US to a single mother with an unknown father as she had her differences in the past. Shane never got an understanding of what wealth was since his mother was an addict to narcotics. At the age of 6 Shane's mother found out that he has the rare disease Congenital insensitivity to pain and anhydrosis. Shane was abandoned later the same year when his mother forgot him in a bush while doing crack cocaine . Found 2 days later, the paramedics rushed Shane to the ER since he was very slim and dirty. Adopted by a man named Rico, a criminal in disguise later identified as Hector Salamanca took care and taught him how to defend him self and often took him out for a drive despite him being underage. On Shane's 18th birthday him and his legal guardian got into a fight and kicked him out of the house.
Shane Flew out to Los Santos in pursuit of becoming a High Command FIB Agent since it was his dream ever since he was a child. His disease wasn't very helpful since it has brought him many near death experiences. The life in Los Santos was expensive and Shane became a criminal in order to satisfy his daily needs for example eating and drinking, but it was all just petty theft until one day he got sick of the life he was living and decided to rob a bank with a few thugs he met along the way. Little did he know he was going to be hitting a different bank every week until eventually his gang turned against him and he got caught in the act. All of his belongings got confiscated after his arrest upholding the sentence of 3 years.
Shane is now a free man working with the FIB holding a grudge against the men that turned on him still in pursuit of finding them and locking them away for a long time. Although his past stuck with him so he sometimes does stuff he regrets.
Outcomes
1. Shane is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers
2. Shane can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce sentence
3. Shane can pay informants to benefit him ( and the organization )
4. Shane can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members
5. Shane always has his bodycam in his Glasses recording the last twenty minutes to the cloud ( Turned on with RP commands )
6. Shane can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping
7. Shane can take bribes
8. Shane can use any gun available, illegal or legal , on duty or off duty ( No org weapons will be used for personal reasons )
9. Shane can threaten lawyers/people to get his way
10. Shane can Drug people so they will forget what happened in certain situations
