In this forum they killed the hostage without letting the leos know they just gave time and it was kind of force rp there as they should wait for money as money doesnt grows on tree it needs to be brought from the bank they didnt wait they just gave 10 seconds and without letting leos know they killed the hostage and also in front of rishav raj one or two people they were doing FL but rishav didnt punished them for fl even it was clearly visible there in the pov as they cant do fl at any cost in front of admin even as its a english server + there was no proof hostage was killed completely to the death which means no proof of finishing the hostage + from 9:40 time stamp they went inside the gang hq no punishment for that even as well as its clearly visible in the pov they went on the footpath, when leos go on that footpath by mistake they always get punished on spot + no pov was asked from leos side why leos took time in negotiation and what was going on, may be leos didnt heard about the 10 second thing may be voice got bugged over there so kindly look into it and take a look of the situation from both the sides also.
