2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I would like to be a leader of this organization because I think I'm the best choice. I have experience on Grand RP for over 10 months, I know all rules perfectly and I used to be on high positions in gangs like Bloods and Vagos before. My goal is to have a big and strong organization, with a lot of friendly people, and to make better roleplay. I think that gangs don't roleplay enough in this city, and I would like to change that. I want to bring the roleplay to a whole new level. I would focus on events and turfs as I already have a group of people that are good shooters.
I would work according to a system where I would divide people into several groups and group leaders:
-Graffiti Team | Team that will do Graffiti every hour
-Turf Team | Team that will be responsible for Turfs
-Street Fight Team | Team that will go and fight in Ghetto
-Negotiators Team | Group of people that will negotiate on robberies
-Getaway Team | Experienced group of people that will drive Getaway cars on robberies
Entry would be much more difficult than in other gangs. Every person that wants to join would need to go thru the test. If the person knows the rules of the city and has passed the test, he would get accepted to the gang no matter what level he is.
Every person that does bad things to a gang, or breaks many rules, will be punished with demote or even blacklist from the organization. Mistakes will not be tolerated, and respect must be shown to higher ranks.
3. My advice to improve Rp?
I will try my best to improve Roleplay quality in this organization by hosting organization events like discipline training, aim training, meetings, parties, and much more. I have a lot of experience in roleplaying, and I think this is a great opportunity for Marabunta!
