Rejected Warn for CL I Dembe miller / Darren miller

This has happened now twice were i get punished by dembe with out being able to defend my self

I had no body cam for the first head pop but i have it for the one today and i am more then willing to provide crash logs for the first aswell but i was under the impression that you are required to ask for the other persons POV

Sorry my bodycams audio was bugged and didn't record but you can hear virtually everything you need to here off of his body cam andit was also really lagy but i got the best of it

You can clearly see the cars drop as the lost connection screen came up d

Regardless of the fact that you are non rp driving, in my opinion the evidence is faked since when your internet actually goes off, there are couple of seconds where nothing is happening and you don't just directly disconnect.

and in the original video you stayed and died, when you disconnect you cannot get damaged and yet you became unconscious, nice try btw.

Ive had so many instences were it just full on Disconnects with no warning or delay my internet did not go out there was just a connection problem with the server. i dont why i would fake something as little as a warn when i already have 40 minutes left on my warn timer.
At the end of the day dembe you still didnt even try to get my POV in the first place think what you think but i can provide anything that the higher admins might need

and its not always the same for everyone i have been killed adn downed snd what ever you want to call it many times when my head pops and i wake up in hospotal no only the fact that my head poped i came back to NG to continue the RP after i had come back in hospotal but mark decided he wanted to take it ooc on the forums instead on continuing the RP
