2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I've been working in the EMS for almost the last 35 days, starting with a trainee to now a doctor, and it is an absolute pleasure working here and serving the citizens with the best colleagues and high command. I want to continue serving the city for a long time staying in the EMS. I enjoy working here healing people and communicating with them, It feels like it's the best way to interact with the citizens of Los Santos. I want to become the chief because I want to continue seeing EMS perform at its best.
Goals if I become the leader:
*EMS is the most important organization in the city, It's very important that all 3 hospitals, med labs, med runs, and ambulance services are always covered with employees from the different time zones, I'll make sure about this while hiring new recruits.
*The most important thing in the organization is the people working for the organization, I'll try to treat every single one of them with respect and kindness and I will make sure that they treat each other as well as the citizens in the same way.
*I will make sure that every employee gets the deserving award for his or her hard work put into the organization, being their bonuses or their promotions, I will always try to make sure that everyone working for the organization is happy because if employees are happy, citizens will be happy too
*Staying connected to all the other government organizations at all times and providing everything that is required like, providing health inspections, renewing contracts on time, keeping the medkit supplies high, etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Teaching employees how to treat their patients and communicate with them in a respectful way will improve RolePlay, teaching them to use the radio codes correctly, and updating ROTA's the right way is another most important thing. Staying updated with the other government organizations and providing them with EMS facilities will also improve the Roleplay level.
I will always be open-minded to hear new suggestions from my employees to improve the organization.
