Bianca was born in Florence in old noble family Pellegrini which owned coffee roasting company. Earliest memories of her childhood are smell of coffee and fresh oil paint in her mother’s art studio. Her mother was leader of humanitarian organization and local artist. Her father was director of private investigation company. He cared very much about family's reputation, name and respect so he raised his children strictly, to follow rules and be respectful. While his other children in the end rebelled against father in some way, Bianca had personality like her father. She understood value of knowing when to say right words and staying calm. Her father very often brought her to work where she learned a lot about disguise and body language. He also trained her memory for details, such as clothing, accessory that people are wearing, so even from far away she easily recognize people that are wearing some unique clothing or hairstyle.
On her 17th birthday she got little mint colored Vespa from her father. Driving on outskirts of Florence made her fell in love with motorbikes. It allowed her to run away from daily tasks and troubles for a moment.
Right after that summer, she moved to Bologna and started studying medical biotechnology. Although intriguing field, process to discover, analyze, … was slow. She would follow all steps, measure everything precisely, take notes, wait for hours or even days for results from experiment to come back, usually inconclusive. There was just too much gray area, way too much room for mistakes, too much variables. So she decided she needs field that is black and white with strict rules so she transferred to law school. She enjoyed reading old case files, they were intriguing, complicated, dramatic,... and soon she realized, if you are just smart enough, you can play by rules and take advantage from them. If you dance on that thin grey line, you can achieve many things.
On last year of college she moved to Washington where she finished her legal education. She missed Florence, family and even her Vespa so when she saw few beautiful pictures of scenery in Los Santos that resembled Italy, she knew this was place for her. Bianca bought a house, new bike and continued her legal career in Department of Justice in Los Santos.
After months of legal work in Department of Justice, Bianca slowly climbed legal ladder. Doesn't mater whether she won or lost case, she took it as one good experience. As work got a bit slower, and being surrounded with old friends Bianca decided that it's perfect time to marry again. And then one night became whole rollercoaster of emotions. She got engaged to Baracus Romero and she became the Supreme Court Justice.
But government turned up to be unstable, unreasonable, dangerous place. She had to resign. It was for the better at that time and place. She gained experience, met a lot of people, created contacts with them, and realized that she might have a way to fix government. Hope finally returned back once her husband decided to candidate for governor of San Andreas and won against all odds. Being First Lady of the state and Supreme Court Judge, allowed her to influent people more than ever. She acquired some extremely valuable connections. Her network kept growing and once she took over role of U.S. Attorney General, she started planning, but time was running short, Baracus's term ended. There was possibility that everything she started planning simply falls like house of cards if party doesn't win again.
Although she couldn't move Department of Justice to National Guard, she did join military during campaign period. After all those years she finally had chance to train, learn how to strategize and utilize weapon. There she didn't only gain knowledge, she gained another family. On her free time she was learning about interrogation and what is most effective way to interrogate, about investigation and advanced evidence collection, as well as how to destroy evidence.
Her party won again, this time with Charlie Pickins. Two of them worked way too long side by side, so she trusted him. With him winning she knew plans can easily continue.
Those plans now include network of people, each of them knowing a bit of information, some more some less. And she is aware that parts of that plan are sinister and corrupt, but they have to be executed to protect the state. And hopefully, if her accomplices and her pull few more strings, alpha stage will be operational. Only question left is, will she loose her morality? Probably.
