Approved DM in GZ with Car ramming | ID 49989

I was leaving a shop when this individual came up from behind and killed me with no RP. Someone enters and asks why they did that. He then finished me off and rammed my car while I was awaiting EMS. (I didn't say anything because I was terrified and in a panic trying to start my car. Then when I attempted I was unconscious.)

ID 49989 will receive a punishment for DM in City.
