I came across a person named Ryan Eclipse (ID: 16347) had posted an ad that he wanted to buy a House. So I had texted him that I have a house with garden which I want to sell. I had House no. 718. So for buying the house Ryan came with an EMS Guy ID: 4322 as Ryan told me that the EMS staff is an agent. We had an entire conversation about the house and the final amount was fixed to be was 1.3 million. To avoid the 10% Government Tax, we came up with an deal that 3 lakhs will be amount offered for sale and 1 million will be transferred to in pocket, to which Ryan Eclipse agreed and this was all done in front of EMS and my two friends. So Ryan said he will get the cash out so I was just shifting my stuff which is inside the house, when Ryan came I sold it for 3 lakhs as decided and he was supposed to give me 1 million in cash but Ryan purchased the house for 3 lakhs and He combat logged and did not gave me the pending amount which was 1 million. After half hour he came back so I texted him for the pending 1 million to which he replied, OUR DEAL IS DONE. THANK YOU. Also he rejecting all my calls.
