As you can see they climbed on top of the Taxi park business and opened fire at me inside of a green zone.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

That rooftop is not part of the boundary of the unscripted Green Zone at the Taxi stand, but is a completely different building.
I think the administrator was confused with the location.
