- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My journey in Grand RP started with NG. It was the first organisation I joined during Jayy Hill's term, I worked my way through the ranks feeling a deep connection with the Organization and the camaraderie with my peers and then served as Deputy for Marco Morozov’s terms which was a challenge that I wish to improve on.
- With the right direction and a great core team this organisation has great potential and I really love the military aspect of the Org.
In my experience in the city I have mainly been a part of state orgs and have experienced all sides of it in a high command position. I want to try to move the boundaries of the Org to make it an efficient and effective part of the city.
- The time I have spent working in NG in several terms has shown me what works and what doesn't when it comes to maintaining gates and efficiently providing munitions for other state orgs and patrolling the Fort Zancudo territory. As well as setting a strict standard of Military RP to build a good efficient structure in NG.
- This is one of the orgs where people need the initiative and drive to actively engage in RP, realizing that it heavily relies on the roleplay to make it enjoyable. I would implement this proper roleplay across NGs interaction with the city, setting an example of how fun committed RP can be.
- Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- My ideas for The National Guard would be to enforce a much stricter implantation of Military Formalities for example, saluting a high rank officer until told ‘at ease’. Starting and ending the day (10am/10PM) lined up at the barracks for inspection and briefing/debriefing, Units being called to ‘attention’.
- I feel like those looking for a real RP experience would enjoy and benefit from this structure. Being able to rise through the ranks if they show commitment and effectiveness. Regular rotation and patrol of Fort Zancudo’s internal and external boundaries to stop gameplay going stale for units that commit to gates.
- I want people to have fun so I would plan to do drills and scenarios throughout the day to keep morale up and build friendships among soldiers that will hopefully last inside and out of the National Guard like it did for me. For example hostage situation I would set up inside the base and train people on how the event plays out and our role within it, making sure everyone has a clear role whether it be overwatch of the area, setting up a perimeter or assisting FIB if they are leading negotiations. I want every soldier to feel like they have a role and purpose in every and all scenarios, people keep the RP alive and should be involved if only in a small way.
