Personality: Mark, always liked helping the little guy, was never afraid of facing up to the bigger dog. He enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and is also very loyal.

Growing up in Sandy Shores was tough for Mark, he could never settle. Always wanted more out of life, was never satisfied, so he moved into the city for a couple of years after he turned 21. Met a lot of different people, he once met this person with a nickname of Little Joe.
Little Joe came across as an alright guy, a little strange but nevertheless. A decent person, Little Joe once made a proposal to Mark, he asked if Mark wanted to make some money. And Mark needing money because the city was expensive to live in, he accepted without much hesitation. Little Joe arranged for a meeting with his ‘’Employer’’.
But Mark made it clear that he was not going to do anything illegal, Little Joe insisted that in this city, you need to get your hands dirty if you want to thrive. Mark hesitated but was forced into talking with the Employer of Little Joe, after the meeting was done Mark knew that if he was to start working for this man, he wouldn’t get out without blood on his hands so he decided to decline the offers provided by the Employer, Little Joe was annoyed that Mark wasted his time, Mark responded with ‘’I told you, i won’t do it if it’s illegal’’ Little Joe drove off in a angerly manner. And that was the last Mark saw of Little Joe, a few years passed, and Mark’s father mysteriously disappeared.
The disappearance of his father drove him back to Sandy Shores, and Mark didn’t know what to do, and where to start so he did what anyone would do. He called up the SAHP to seek help, people from Sandy Shores usually never got along with the law, but Mark had no choice.
3 weeks passed of constant and consistent searching… But nothing was found out.
Eventually one day Mark’s dad was found dead in the city at the docks, beaten to death by who he never found out. But this drove Mark to join the Army to achieve the capabilities to find out who did that to his father and why.
outcomes
1. Mark will support his family in illegal matters.
2. Mark always carries his personal body cam and extra SD memory cards and batteries
3. Mark can take bribes or even get purposefully robbed of his equipment for sale
4. Mark will be able to let criminals go free if they are in his family.
5. Mark can search for recording (Audio and Video) and destroy them (/try twice per person)
6. Mark can wear a masks as a part of his disguise on or off duty
