I have opened about 6 tickets to date and still have no solution to my problem. All my tickets were processed by Crazy M. The tickets are about the fact that I can't reset my login data because I no longer have access to my email. If this continues, I will lose my ic stuff because my rent expires and I would generally like to have my main account back. I have already paid more than 100€ purely and this would also be gone. I hope someone can finally help me because this has been going on for almost a week.

Rules for filing a complaint:
  • The topic should be designed strictly according to the form;
  • The topic title should briefly describe the essence of the problem and the nickname of the administrator who issued the penalty (otherwise, the checking administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint).
