Approved Rule breaks RDM, VDM | 61020

First off, I had to mute the start of the first video as I was having a very personal discussion with a friend. If an unedited, complete copy of the video is needed, let me know. Otherwise, there was nothing before this incident that provides any viable context; I have no memory of any interactions I've had with #61020 before, and his acts were completely random. The only thing he bothered saying to me was in the chat right as he hit me, where he says "I kill you bitch".

The videos show it all, but I'd stopped at the gas station close by Sandy Shores/the fence, and with no warning got smashed into by #61020 into the pumps, causing both of us to get killed. A friend of mine happened upon us, revived me and after hearing what the guy did chose not to revive #61020. #61020 keeps talking while dead in the chat to all of us. It ends before my friend takes me to the parking lot in Sandy.

The NEXT video is when #61020 returns, tracking me down as I'd sat AFK to get this report started. I heard him talking with the game minimized, went back, started recording again. It's all there. I don't know what his big issue is, as he's a complete stranger to me, but he was honestly unsettling, upsetting and acting downright psychotic.

Y'mean when I'm telling him he's breaking the NLR, right? Getting dramatic with the whole "as fuck" over one or two missteps, and really, as if that me > him on the punishment scale. Christ, there's always one of you "friends of" and/or associates of these jagoffs piling into a report hollering "YOU HIT HIM BACK THOUGH!" as if that gives him or you any leg to stand on. Plus, I've taken every punishment I'VE had on the chin, even invited people I'd accused wrongly top come watch my live bodycam of my jail sentence for my bullshit.

Not you delicate little flowers and your friends, though. Y'all rush in to scan every second of footage to pin something on ME, like *I* invited this junk into my day. Good on ya defending this wart on society, who has a litany of reports on his record that includes his rampant racism problem.
