Rejected Complaint against Crazy M

I have now created several tickets in the Technical Forum and have not yet found a solution to my problem. Crazy M always writes me very incomprehensible short sentences that do not answer my questions. I would like to write with someone else about my problem.

Rules for filing a complaint:

• The topic should be designed strictly according to the form;
• The topic title should briefly describe the essence of the problem and the nickname of the administrator who issued the penalty (otherwise, the checking administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint).
