Dear Admins,

Both my husband and I made a mistake of transferring money without knowing it was against the rules. We would like to request a money wipe on our accounts to get it unbanned.

We have learned our lesson and it will never happen again.

They have to make their own complaint based on their punishment,
and do you agree for a money wipe for your account?​
