RDM,CR I 101525 84581 103385 99210 İ was driving my car to the city and this guys without any reason the start to CR and after that they try to pull over my car without saying anything and as you can see at the POV they start to shoot me and my friend.

For pullover you need at least 4 people and 2 fam cars and on this video i don't see any fam cars and the 2 cars must be at least 2 people and they said pullover after the CR.

General rule 6.12 does not mention anything about fam car you can still ask someone to pull over and ask them to drop weapons armour and balaclava you only need fam cars to use system functions such as steal cash

That's the first thing they did, they didn't say anything about a Pullover .

They have up to 0:34-0:36 seconds
They didn't say Pullover before they made CR for us.

if u want them to be punished, make complain with POV for carraming and they will get jail

and in ur case admin took correct decision
