Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

If you say it is a bug, why is it that the "cartridge's for submachine gun" vanishes after your "bug" animation of picking up items?
There is no "G function" nor "M function" for picking up weapons and ammunition on the ground.

ID 11829 will receive a punishment for Looting in a Gun Fight.
