According to the stream that you gave me I made new decisions:
1. ID 77525 will get a ban for mentioning the parents (time on stream 5:03:40).
2. Punishment for ID 15215 will not be removed. First of all because we've got the POV not from him, but his friend. Secondly, he killed the guy while he was staying at his house territory, the person was not trying to kill you or anything like that.​
