Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 53452 will not receive a punishment for VDM, instead will receive a punishment for Non-RP Driving.
I denied the punishment for VDM is because there is a high chance that it may be a "dsync" issue.

If you feel that the punishment administered by the Administrator is incorrect, submit a complain.
