This Turkish player came and said he will buy the car, then sell the car to me for 10000 dollars and I will give you the money myself.
He said anyone can do this. If I don't get the car back, please get it from him too.

He said it was legal, and if there was a charge,

he probably has another account and transfers it to him please follow his logs.
