Fred is a born and bread country boy who lives by southern traditions. he grew up on a small family ranch and spent much time in the outdoors. Fred's hobbies include riding, hunting and off-roading. nowadays he spends most of his free time watching old spaghetti westerns and dreaming about the good old days. Fred enjoys shooting and competes in quickdraw competitions as he really believes he is a cowboy.
After leaving home Fred joined the LSPD S.W.A.T team and rose trough the ranks. during his time in LSPD he was friendly and stopped were he could to make Smalltalk with strangers and made some great connections with some of the most important people in Los Santos like the Governor. As a police officer Fred realized that his passion was enforcing law and order and saw himself as on of the lawmen of the old west.
Sadly Fred's time in LSPD came to an end, due to some issues above his paygrade, all LSPD officers were laid off. In the next days Fred moved aimlessly between temp jobs and started heavily drinking as he did not have any goals to follow in life. however during a visit to the Capitol building he met his old acquaintance the governor and was offered a job in the Secret Service. like before Fred rose through the ranks quickly with hard work and constant training, reaching the position of Director. at his new job Fred started studying the law to understand all the hidden powers and potential of the secret service. Using the law as one of the weapons in his arsenal Fred constantly attended inspections on state organizations and reported all infringements to the relevant authorities. it was at this time Fred decided to get a pair of spy glasses that record audio and video to help him gather evidence without drawing unwanted attention.
After studying the law extensively Fred fell in love with the law decided to take the bar exam. Armed with his new lawyer's license Fred worked as a public defender alongside his duties as the director of Secret Service, holding the LEOs at high standard. However after some time Fred decided to focus on the law and transferred to the Department of Justice and become a judge.
After being a judge for an extensive period of time Fred was itching for action and wanted to take part in arresting the criminals he kept hearing about so he quit his job in government and joined the SAHP as a detective.
Outcomes:
