6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
Its Clearly Seen that when we are arriving at DOC with the Suspect(59092) His friend is waiting for us at DOC to Kill Him(MG) and Avoid getting arrested(Mercy killing)
I would like the admins to Check the kill logs for the Guy Who tried to mercy kill his friend.
