Rejected Killing in GZ Appeal

Of course killing in green zone is wrong and all, but I did no such thing. In fact by the time I even initiated talking to this person he was outside of the greenzone and everything. I even roleplayed and told him my boss ordered a hit on him. I even stopped punching him as not to spam punch and give him a fighting chance so that it wasnt just a classic gta beat down.
