So he heals me in the water while floating how do bandages work underwater and how does cuffs work under water like would they just not lock and how did he stand when floating this is blatant Powergaming from a sahp officer how does he stand when he is floating and then he proceeds to heal underwater while hes underwater healing a suspect.
