in my thread (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/6657/) i reported multiple people and IDs 75 and 1503 were one of them and they didn't recieve a punishment since i did not put the POV of them being finished. Also ID 75 is not wearing 51% (id 75 has purple clothes and id 1503 has yellow clothes)
