Rejected Uni TooTime Jailed Me because of "intentional vdm"

Hello, I got a Demorgan Punishment By the Administrator: Uni Tootime and i will tell why it was invalid
1. I was in ghetto and i was near mega mall trying to do pickup my friend who was in Hq
2.I crashed into a car thinking no one was there after i crashed into it and was trying to drive off because of ballases
3. Nothing was intentional because i didnt see the guy who i supposedly crashed into.
