Beni's parents immigrated from Haiti to Boston, Massachusetts when they came here they turned to a life crime that included: racketeering, drug smuggling and a string of high profile bank robberies with the notorious Zo Pound Mafia. When Beni was born he did not know the means of his lavish lifestyle, he just knew that his parent's fortune existed. When Beni was four years old he walked into his parent's bedroom only to find his father dead. It was an assassination that was ordered and executed by the sicarios of the Sinaloa Cartel. Fearing for her own life and the life of her son, Milan, fled to San Adreas where she used the money from their criminal enterprise to hire a protect Beni and the remaining assets from their empire.
Unfortunately, for some criminal organizations money does not buy freedom or protection and Milan was killed by the Bloods who were hired by the Sinaloa. By this time Beni was a college graduate and entered a life of law enforcement fueled by the hatred created by criminal structures. Since Beni did not know about his parent's dealings or involvement in crime, he viewed these murders as senseless and thought the criminal society set out to ruin is his life due to jealousy. On April 5th 2021, Beni took the oath to protect the state of San Andreas and in his conscious he made a promise to himself and parents that he would achieve the destruction of criminal organizations with any means he saw fit.
Beni has been proactive by being part of Special Operations, Narcotics team, Trauma team and even Parks and Recreations. However, these tactics of law enforcement are too restrictive for Beni and he is seeking a more "permanent" alternative to imprisonment for enemies of society. He plans on using the various trainings and tactics to support the government in fighting against the criminal structures that exist within San Andreas.
Outcomes:
1. Beni acts to the directive of the Governor's Office and San Andreas Highway Patrol Sheriffs Office.
2. Beni is able to sell firearms and ammo to criminal structures to gain trust and influence within their illegal organizations.
3. Beni can use any item from the SAHP ammunitions warehouse on and off duty for police activity only. It will not be permitted for personal use.
4. Beni carries a department radio in all of his personal vehicles.
5. Beni can respond to any officer in distress calls both Global and Local while not in uniform or on duty.
6. Beni has a hidden body cam that uploads to private server.
7. Beni can infiltrate illegal organizations through the directive of the Sheriffs office and Governor's office.
