I understand now that what i said was restricted and i was wrong<but i did not realize it was a rule until then.
I have my notifications turned off on my email so i did not see this new rule. I understand( NOW) there's a punishment
for braking this rule in the city but its unclear what this punishment carries so i dont understand how did i get a 14 day
for a rule that don't carry a punishment under it so players know what this rule carries if you brake this rule in the city.
Now it is very clear that i am a black African Americans from the states, and where im from thats how we greet each
other also it is clear in the V.O.P. that i was not saying it towards the person who said i was saying it to,and when he said
the hard R over and over again,(which is offensive to African Americans in the states) all i said was "chill".
I honestly feel that the punishment was excessive punishment to the one person it should be offensive to for being a new
rule with no punishment indicating what will happen if you brake this rule in the city .All i'm asking to be fair with the punishment.

It does not seem right that the other people who said the N-word with a hard R are still able to get away without punishment. In the video Nelson is not saying it with malicious intent and is not instigating anything. The hard R N-word hold much more weight especially after saying it over and over again. I feel like if someone were to be punished for saying the N-word there should be malicious intent behind it since even the GTA V songs on the radio say the N-word and that cannot be changed.

After reading the rule that nelson broke, i feel that the rule is not written correctly due to the fact that its says "6.23 F-words and N-words are restricted." I feel that the rule actually states that the words can be used in restricted circumstances ie if nelson is black then the word can be used in a non malicious circumstance as like he says he uses the word as a greeting in his local area. Now if the rule was 6.23 F-words and N-words are prohibited/ forbidden then nelson would have known he could not use "said word" under any circumstance. Now affter seeing the POV myself i disagree strongly that he was calling the person "said word" as he was clearly on his family radio telling the rest of us that there was people about to raid. Its just unfortunate that some one has clearly twisted the situation to his to benefit his own outcome and ended the POV suddenly as he was being accused of also doing wrong ie fail rp for not fearing for his life by saying shoot me several times, but lets not dwell on bias results now. I feel that a demorgan would have been a sufficient punishment but 14 days is obvious abuse of authority as nowhere does it mention such a strong punishment. There are currently 6 rules mentioned but no punishments for breaking said rules are mentioned at all :-
6.18 It is allowed to rob from inventory ONLY Ammunition, Guns, any armor(Gang,FIB, LSPD etc.) and Drugs. MONEY can be robbed - only using system functionality of gangs.
6.19 When outside the city you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
6.20 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming"
6.21 It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded.
6.22 It is forbidden to use helicopters to gain access to roofs that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder.
6.23 F-words and N-words are restricted.

Hello, thank you for making a response. I will start by saying that restricted means restricted meaning the word is to not be said at all. This means that it does not matter if you actively say this in your real life or not these words are not to be said. This also goes for if it was towards anyone or just said at all. As for the punishment both players received punishment for saying these words. As for the length and severity of punishment, it should not matter whether it tells you if it is a ban or not you should not be breaking the rule in the first place. If you were concerned about whether you were being banned or demorgan then you are basically saying that you may or may not do this intentionally as the punishment is stated in the rules for you to see.

After all this I think that a second chance would be okay just know that this word is prohibited.
The decision will be left up to the Chief Administrator.​
