i was playing last night and fell sleep while swimming when i woke up i saw i was banned for 6 days and the reason was anti afk and i dont know what that means. if i was afk you could just kick me , not banning me

im not gonna lie i was gonna afk in another game called blockpost in steam , i forgot that i use macro for that game (afk is allowed) and when i wanted to close my game (gta) i fell sleep and macro kept working . its first something like this happens and it will be the last , my friend is gonna install the game today can you unban me so we can play ? it will be the last i swear to god .
