I was buying a gtr and he wants do do the no tax so when he sold me the car my house electricity was gone and then the guys just reported me for scamming and I dont wanna scam him and then we both got ban for 60 days and he appealed for unban and he got he also did not do rp so unban me or ban him or its not right because he did'tdo any rp like me and still hes unban. so ban him or nuban me because he also didnt do any rp at that time

1.9 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days.
Even if you did know that you do it its not allowed.
So basically you can refuse it and say no to it.
Show POV of the talk its maybe help.
