So I was lying dead at a store robbery , this one LSPD guy pulls up on me and just cuffs me with his PDW in his hands.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

• ID 43869 will receive a punishment for FailRP
• As u see in video he was holding gun(PDW) while cuffing.
