2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.I wanna be leader becuase it will be the best org for me to start my leadership journey in city. and it will be a great experience for me and my RP life.also i will let my all the friends and fellow citizens join the org with me and try to make them have a great RP experience.
2 -Experience in city In start of city, I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor, I was promoted to Head of Air Force department and I had given chance to work on casefiles. After his term I was recruited back in NG by new director Gepna Minna as Major General. After working very hard in assisting in reached position of L.t General. AsL.t General , I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. National Guards (NG)has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
3. My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1.I will try to make soldier do daily shoting practice in NG arena, also we will try do once in a week parade which will be shown to Citizens with help of LI.
2. I will try my best to make maximum numbers in every Event. also try to make NG toxicity free.
3.I will also try to make a proper rank system, and try for evenly environment in NG also make sure everyone is doing his job properly and efficiently,
and I wont show any kind of biasness.
4. I will try to go as many global event ICly, as possible with help of curator.
5.I will make specific groups or teams for giveing Training to new commers who just join NG as there first Org or who dont have any kind of Experiecne.
6.I will do regular check my self on every department i will make and make it work properly.
7.I will also make my bois ready to delivery ammo, do ammo run at any time for other orgs if they needed urgently. etc
My departments -
Regiment recruitment(RR)- It will be the HR for NG
Airforce- It will provide us Air support in any kind of emergency.
Military Police- Which keeps eye on the perameters of NG for any possible NG raid, also it will work as IA for NG (Internal affiars)
Spc OPS- It will be the backbone of NG, these will be the Frontline soldiers who will respond at once to any situation as given orders.
Crew Resource Management(CRM)- They will keep an eye on the warehouse, armory and will work as Medic Team in specail mission.
