Spoke to Administration Assistant Rebel Smith and explained that for player name disputes the player should be sent to jail and asked to change the character name. I was not sent to jail and I received a 60 day ban instantly. I was not told that I should change my name and I was not given the chance to change my name.

Hello,
My game ID is 51676 and I have just received a block of 60 days on my account by Alex Odd. The reason stated for the block was general rules 2.1. When I was creating my account I was not aware that the required first and last name would actually be used in-game as this is my first time playing any kind of GTA other than the original. I am new to RP servers and I did not think my name violated any of the server rules. I have donated to the server quite a bit of money, and I'm not saying this as a way to give me a pass, but I was at least hoping to get a warning or some sort of hint that I was breaking the server rules. If I was contacted first by any admin on the server regarding this matter then I wouldn't have hesitated to change my name and avoid breaking the server rules.

I received a 60 days block and I believe it is kind of harsh. Again I believe if someone pointed out to me the mistake I was making then I would have gladly fixed it. I hope you get my point of view and be more understanding to my situation. I've never played anything other than the original GTA and I was really in love with the server that I didn't hesitate to support it by donating. You may also check my donations and see my game time to see that I have been on the server for less than 10 days and what I'm saying is truthful.

I hope you understand and help my appeal,
