1. Leader of NATIONAL GUARD (NG)
2. Why do u want to become the leader of organisation.
2.1 I have been in city and joined both legal and illegal organisation and gained alot of experience by working in different Leo lspd shap ng except fib . I have experience in ng as high command . I want to become the leader of ng because I want to make active ng by protecting our base from ng and attend every single event with good numbers. I have capability to handle the difficult situation as I face in my past times.
2.2 I will help people to understand that NG is the precious organisation for San Andreas. Its not about taking care of NG base only but I will make everyone understand that without NG other orgs will not be able to work correctly because without NG they will not get the stock of ammunitions.
2.3 I will always motivate and give common direction to each officer in the org . I will help him in her personal development while working in the organisation by providing good bonuses , full stock of ammo on duty , good salary . Better working environment etc.. I have seen many issue regarding officer on day and night time but I will make proper plan for day and night shift ..
3. How u will improve roleplay in the organisation.
Making proper department in the organisation and give rank according to the experience of officer in the org.
Help newcomers in the org by providing all details and training.
Making a bonus system in the organisation to motivate officer .
I will ensure that all events will be attend with or without me
I will ensure there is no bias / Favouritism in the org and that everyone works for their respect.
Meetings with other organisation leaders on a regular basis will help you come up with new ideas and discover methods to make the National Guard better.
Do promotion ceremony in which officer will promote /demote in every week.
