Dear Mazhor,
I am reporting because of the situation regarding the ban that my boyfriend and I got. We have been banned for violating General Rule 1.1 and General Rule 1.4.
First of all, I will explain our whole situation to you:
My boyfriend, Jeff Seid and I, Zoi Seid, have been playing on your server (Balkan server) for a very long time and we put a lot of time and effort into it. I must also mention that we have never broken any rules before, nor have we had problems with admins and players.
Since we don't live in the same country, I decided to visit my boyfriend and stay with him for a while. I couldn't bring my laptop, so we agreed that I would access the server from his computer. My boyfriend Jeff informed the main admins of the Balkan server about this by writing our intentions and tagging the main admins in the main chat of the main Discord server. We didn't see anything wrong with this process, so Jeff wanted everyone to see what we had planned. That is why he did not write private messages to each of the admins. After that, I came to his house, played from his computer as I would play at home, and in this way I maintained my daily gameplay activity as before.
In this way we did not abuse access to two different accounts from the same computer. We have not made any money transfer or other activity that defines this abuse. This can be seen from the logs themselves.
This event happened at the end of December and the beginning of January, and no one thought that this was bad until now, when we got banned. This banning process really hit us, especially because we have always treated your entire community fairly. As I mentioned before, we never had any bad intentions and we always followed the rules as well as the community itself.
We hope you will consider our application because we feel we have been a great addition to such a large community. We enjoyed playing and making new friends. We did not even think of abusing the server.
We hope that we will get a second chance and we promise that we will consult more with the main admins in the future.
