Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.​

• After reviewing the report with senior staff, we concluded this isn't a rule break. The event is IC and unknown by LEOs. Event Rule 1.2 is for known events with circles, and standing outside the circle getting robbed would be a rule break, however since this is unknown by LEOs and IC this does not fall under that rule.​
