I am new in the city and I am learning the rules and I dont know that I can do that. I saw my friend and everyone in the server open lottery ticket so I try to open but I didnt open too much.
my friend tell me that in the new update the price of lottery is low from 10000 to 5000 I think it was discount.
day I got banned I dont open any lottery .when I saw thats not correct I stoped.
I always keep an eye on Grand RP server for updates and announcements. I did not see any notice about issues regarding lottery tickets until I got banned.
I like this game very much so I hope you will let me stay connected to this wonderful community you all have built here.
and make a chance for me to back in the city again.
