Rejected Softban? - not 100% why

Hi guys,

been playing the server for a few weeks now and really enjoy it, enough that ive spent some money with you guys

just thought id ask, but i think ive been softbanned from my account,

but not 100% sure why, or how for that matter

was just logging in today

but my account has been banned by the looks of it?

I was attempting to roleplay with the EMS a drunken character,

as my character is suffering from Alcohol and substance abuse from PTSD, after a near-fatal injury on the front line from when in the military?

surely that's acceptable, and was roleplayed?
