Rejected Wrong Jail for State Rule 1.18

Hi admin
in my POV it can be clearly seen that i gave heal to one lspd person and after that he stated shooting to a person who killed him and i went to my car to leave the area and after that 10-10 was over and lspd person was coming back so i asked him like why you shooting did that guy killed you he said yes and he went in his way. and after that i also proceeded with my duty i took the next nearest call which was on same road unfortunately and i went to that guy to give medical help and that time no active 10-10 was there and after that i healed the second person and he did one open fire with his gun as he was not able to see his car and i was about to leave the area then he came and sit in my car for help so i asked his to go out and after that u can see his car got telepoted in middle road and then he said yes he is able to see his car and went and i also went to any duty further. Please look into this issue i have got wrong jail. the second person shooted to see this car and definately it will take 30 seconds to leave area and i was leaving he came and sit in my car what shall i do. please watch the video from 10:45 mins to 12:55 mins to watch the incident. and i got 2 hr jail for this. please review.
