I was RMD'd in the city, then received a warning for NLR because I returned to my party at my own house.

It is my understanding that NLR does not apply when you are RDM'd, so why did I and the rest of my family receive warnings?

In my POV, the situation begins at 9:15.

This is the thread that confirms it was, in fact, RDM:

NLR means when you die you begin a new life and not return to where you died no matter a rule break involved. If a rule was broken you call an admin​
