Finally,Let me explain what is Event rule 1.2 as a 2x Gang leader,
The raw definition of the statement says that It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after.
Let me give a BRIEF explaination for this,
This states that u cannot kill/rob/kidnap/etc.before the event starts(10mins before),during 5mins of the event and AFTER 5 mins of the event.
Now let me teach something to bloods.
You can only give demands to leave (while u have no hostage) only after 5 mins of the event.
Gun store/store rob has 15mins.U can only give demands to leave after 5 mins that is 10:00 min of the event time
But as seen in pov they gave demands before 5mins which clearly show mass er 1.2.
They gave demands and started shooting at 13:00
