Rejected didnt understand

iam hmaponch and my id is : 14605
they were standing in the middle of the road and i reported that for the admin and he accepted my report and he said:

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

• ID 16514 and 56216 will receive a punishment for DM
