Life Story:
Lucario only had her Mother in her life. Unfortunately, her mother got into some serious trouble and ended up in debt. Desperate to save her daughter, she turned to a life of crime. Lucario was often present during her mother´s robberies, including those of ATMs, people, and even law enforcement officers. However, after a few months, her mother was caught and charged for her crimes, leaving Luca alone in the world.Feeling lost and vulnerable, Lucario found herself joining a gang called "Los Santos Vagos" At first, she followed in her mother's footsteps and participated in robberies of individuals. But soon enough, she was drawn into more serious criminal activity, including store robberies. She quickly made a name for herself as the gang's best driver. After a few years of this lifestyle, Lucario was finally caught and charged for her crimes. It was a wake-up call for her, and she began to realize the consequences of her actions. Despite her past, Lucario remained hopeful for a better future and worked hard to turn her life around. At the age of 25, Lucario finally crossed paths with her mother after many years of being apart. Unfortunately, it wasn't under the best circumstances as they both found themselves in jail. Despite their past differences, they protected each other and formed a strong bond. However, a few months later, Lucario´s mother got into trouble with a group of six members in the jail and was killed. Filled with rage and a desire for revenge, Lucario was determined to find and punish those responsible for his father's death. He scoured the city, looking for any weapons or tools that she could use to carry out her plan. After many failed attempts, she finally found a suitable weapon that she believed would allow ger to avenge her mother´s blood.With her weapon in hand, Lucario tracked down the group responsible for her mother´s death and launched a deadly attack. She managed to take down each member one by one, fueled by her anger and thirst for vengeance. Finally, after exacting her revenge, Lucario was left with a sense of closure, but also a deep emptiness in her heart for the loss of her mother.
Career Story:
Lucario had just completed her prison sentence and had managed to clear her name with the government. It was during this time that she met a man named Efe who had known Lucario´s mother. Efe offered Lucario a new career path that would change her life forever. When Efe was elected as sheriff in the annual sheriff's election and asked Lucario to join him. Despite being reluctant at first, Lucario agreed and started working as Efe´s Chief of Staff. She enjoyed her new legal job for a few months but eventually became bored.
After the SAHP took over the sheriff position, Efe was offered a job as Gov Leader. He wasted no time in hiring Lucario as a Chief of Staff. Lucario renewed contact with her old friends from the Ghetto and drove to meet them. Unfortunately, this encounter led to trouble with some gang members and Lucario was forced to kill them in self-defense. This event brought back all of Lucario´s memories from his past life.
Outcomes:
1. Lucario can break IC laws constantly and use her position within the GOV to her advantage (Updated Legislation from Grand RP discord)
2. Lucario can ask 10-15's for their guns to drop.
3. Lucario can break anyone's body cameras. (Using /try breaks bodycam and SSD)
4. Lucario can sell, use and keep illegal weapons that she got/picked from criminals or his friends (No GOV weapons)
5. Lucario can lie about requesting a lawyer, can deny the right to an attorney not to show his ID to any suspect.
6. Lucario can take bribes from suspects and let them free or help them escape (Max of $100,000).
7. Lucario can help suspects/unconsciouses escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k), reduce their sentence.
8. Lucario can tell leak to gangs and to his friends intel she knows.
9. Lucario can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends from connections within gangs.
