General Rule 1.3 clearly states that

We had an IC reason and I find it funny that an admin on a server could not put two and two together and see that. I find it convenient that the leader did not show pov of us asking to turf for him which is a clear IC REASON to enter and HQ as talking to leader/deputy is one of the reason you can enter the HQ. Bobby I hope you can see this and fix your decision as it was a poorly handled report in my opinion
