this kid came to HQ and start VDM and after that, he starts shooting at me for no reason and VDM me with the car after he killed me and shooted another one tried to help me and revive me so please take ur action with this guy

Hello.

You are outside the bounds of your HQ. The lane of traffic closest to your HQ is the extent of your HQ bounds, you clearly die outside of those bounds. I don't see any rule violations here.
