Today I was driving and someone with a weapon was on the road, I've seen him after my house has been raid by 'black' people with masks - it doesn't matter.
I stopped and told him to put the weapon away and actually I don't remember what he said, I won't lie, but it was something with yeah as the video he provided suggested.
I insulted him IC'ly - without knowing (now, I do know after reading other appeals as well) that I shouldn't use this word IC'ly too. I said '*****' and then he ran after me saying he'll report for using the 'N word', I didn't know what it meant and asked him he didn't say - now I do understand, though it was a misunderstanding and I really think he's trying to screw me up here, as I really asked him a few times what's the problem and he didn't said. I mean, you want someone just to get punished or really understand what happend? I'm pretty new and just found my way, sent application to EMS and such and waited for tomorrow to a warning I have to be over with, now I got this ban.
Please understand this situation, I wouldn't say that to a human being OCC'ly obviously, but IC'ly it was different. I don't know this guy OOC, so I can't even assume he is black OOC or even if he isn't, really wasn't my meaning.
Anyway, I take responsibility for not reading the rules and knowing that, but I'd like to ask for two things:
1. I ask you (Primevy West) to forgive me for that, I didn't mean to insult you and I'm sorry for what I said, I hope you can understand it wasn't personal to you.
2. I ask you (Administrators) to please consider some mercy here if possible.
