1.leader of NG
2.WHY do you want to be the leader of this org
Explanation: I have a lot of ng experience from being a private to deputy i spent my time in NG making as many friends and learning how it should be ran for a better part of a year. I have the leader ship qualitys that are needed to lead an org and under many recomendations i have to give this 1 more crack at this thing
Reasons:
1. The org of ng has needed a rebuild ever since it got disbanded under richard in that time it has gotten better and worse in many areas but i truly beleive that i can ammend these errors and make NG a force to fall back on once again.
2. Ng is being seen as a punching bag as of now many top 10 and lower fams are taken upon them selfs to kill ng when ever the feel they want to. My goal is to make them truly afraid and make them think twice about shooting the troops.. i will do this by having many gate tactics put in place to prevent them from having free roam on the troposfera at gates.
3. ive been through it all ive been through and have seen they goods and the bads of this org i know how one choice can totally screw up the entire org i have a strong experience backing me and my decitions
4. i have the connections and the ability. I know many of the bigger fams in the city and i know i can negotiate or make deals with them to make shure that we are in the clear.
3) My advice for improving rp in NG
My advice boils down to 1 thing and 1 thing only ng needs to start being a true power in the city we need them to truly be the army and the org that people call for back up. This is achieved by having quality troops that are trainer and prepared to responed to any threat.
