After negotiations with the Ballas over a hostage situation the Ballas Gang decided to flee from the scene, as I was about to go around the right side of Chumash I noticed in the corner of my eye a balla vehicle in the distance, I proceeded to run down to see if there were any other, when doing so in the distance I saw a question mark showing either someone Crashed or they Combat Logged. (This account I'm on is my twink) Sadly I could not run all the way down for if I had ran down the question mark would have disappeared as well as I was in fear that if I had ran down I might've been taken hostage.

I request the POV of the suspect in the Balla who was in the car next to the main suspect who combat logged or the person who combat logged to show POV that it could've potentially been a CODE A (they crashed)
