upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to accept this report

ID 94823 will be punished for VDM
ID 82857 will be punished for VDM

its clear that this is not the full situation due to there being a cut from the postal office to the house
so its not possible to determine if this was RDM as demands could have been given however there is no reason to VDM another player​
